I joined Shanghai Shiying Certification Services Co., Ltd. in December 2017 as the Vice President and Management Representative, responsible for overseeing the administrative and certification departments, coordinating the establishment and implementation of the company's certification business management system, leading internal quality control and external audit coordination, and leading the team to standardize the certification process, laying a solid foundation for efficient and compliant business operations.
I worked at Shanghai Serui Certification Co., Ltd. from January 2013 to December 2017, serving as a management representative and executive vice president. I was deeply involved in the company's operation and management, from system compliance construction to overall business coordination, promoting the standardization and upgrading of company services and helping to enhance market competitiveness. Starting from June 2008 as an administrative personnel specialist, gradually consolidating basic management skills. Accumulate solid experience for subsequent management positions through the full cycle management of company system establishment, system implementation, and team building.
