Ms. Jiang Xiaoni is currently the Vice President of Jiasen Group and the President of  Shiying Certification (beijing) Co., Ltd. She is fully responsible for the company's planning, operational management, and team development. She has nearly 20 years of professional experience in the field of international inspection, testing, and certification, specializing in the construction of management systems, corporate compliance, and sustainable development.

Ms. Jiang studied ecology and environmental engineering in Germany and obtained a master's degree. She worked as an EHS project manager at BOSCH Group in Germany, leading the cross-border implementation of environmental, health, and safety risk management systems and accumulating cutting-edge experience in cross-cultural corporate governance and standard implementation.

After returning to China, she focused on the certification industry for a long time and held core management positions in authoritative certification agencies in China, responsible for building business operation systems and compliance management. During this period, she not only successfully led the team to achieve business scale and professional development, but also coordinated and promoted the construction of the institution's human resources system and overall compliance mechanism, forming a systematic experience in institutional governance and risk control. She is well versed in domestic and international certification standards and industry regulatory requirements, adept at combining international practices with localized needs in China, and helping enterprises achieve sustainable development.
