The rice cultivation bases and rice processing plants affiliated with Wuchang Qiaofu Courtyard Agriculture Co., Ltd. have successfully passed stringent assessments conducted by SRS Certification (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SRS Certification) in accordance with EU Organic Regulation (EU) 2018/848, securing the official EU organic product certification.
This certification achievement goes beyond a routine accreditation procedure. Widely acknowledged across the global organic sector, Organic Certification under Regulation (EU) 2018/848 ranks among the world’s most authoritative credentials featuring the strictest technical specifications and comprehensive evaluation criteria. Every single link spanning soil preparation, seed selection, field cultivation, in-plant processing and warehousing through to final product delivery is subject to rigorous checks; non-compliance at any stage can invalidate the entire certification effort.
On the planting side, auditors comprehensively examined pre-sowing soil improvement, water source protection and agricultural input management, and rigorously reviewed full-cycle field management records. All agricultural practices, including seedling cultivation, rice transplanting and biological pest control measures, were fully recorded and traceable. During the autumn harvest, certification personnel supervised on-site harvesting and warehousing operations to prevent cross-mixing between organic and conventional rice grains.
On the production side, Qiaofu Courtyard’s intelligent organic factory underwent full-process microscopic inspection. Every step — from raw grain cleaning, husking and milling to polishing, color sorting and packaging — was repeatedly verified to guarantee organic integrity. The audit also covered temperature and humidity management in finished product warehouses, sanitation records of transportation vehicles, and the operational efficiency of the product traceability system.
Following systematic multi-level assessment, SRS Certification confirmed that all operational links of Qiaofu Courtyard fully meet the requirements of EU Organic Regulation (EU) 2018/848, and the official certification was successfully approved.
