On November 12, 2025, Ye Ming, Member of the Standing Committee of the Huade County Party Committee and Deputy County Magistrate of Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, visited Graviton Technical Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd.for a tour and exchange, accompanied by leaders including Deng Xueming, Member of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Dongcheng District Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Zhang Song, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the District Foreign Liaison Office.
Ge Kai, Chairman of Graviton, together with the company’s President and Chief Experts, received the delegation. A government-enterprise cooperation exchange meeting was held under the theme of “Implementing the regional public brand of ‘Original Ulanqab’ and building an international organic demonstration base across Huade County”. Both sides held in-depth discussions on the development needs of the ecological organic industry in Huade County, as well as the directions and implementation paths for government-enterprise collaboration.
At the meeting, the management of Graviton first briefed leaders at all levels on the company’s global certification qualifications, technological service capabilities, and extensive practical experience in rural revitalization and organic agriculture. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Graviton Holdings Group in China, Graviton integrates resources including Germany’s SRS and Shanghai Shiying Certification, and holds certification qualifications in 11 major regions such as the EU, the United States, Japan, and China. It has successfully built a number of regional public brands and organic demonstration bases, including the “Xianshui Jingu” project in Luhuo, Sichuan, the EU-standard tea garden in Meitan, Guizhou, and the selenium-rich organic goji berry base in Haixi, Qinghai, with mature models that can be replicated and promoted.
Ye Ming, Member of the Standing Committee of the Huade County Party Committee and Deputy County Magistrate, elaborated on the county’s outstanding resources: the naturally selenium-rich Degu No.7 millet, Huade Chinese cabbage sold nationwide, high-quality Huade lamb, a considerable scale of cool-climate vegetables and coarse cereals and beans, as well as huge potential for grassland carbon sink development and emerging ecological governance industry opportunities such as tigernut cultivation. At present, Huade County already has a solid resource foundation for the organic industry and is seeking to transform ecological and industrial advantages into brand competitiveness and economic benefits through international organic certification, standard system development, and branded operation.
Both sides agreed that Huade County should firmly rely on the regional public brand "Original Ulanqab", valued at over 20 billion yuan, and take "international organic across the whole county" as the core concept. They will promote key tasks in a phased and systematic way, including certification breakthroughs, standard development, brand empowerment, and channel development, to jointly build a world-class demonstration base for high-end organic agricultural and livestock products.
This exchange clarified the initial direction and consensus of government-enterprise cooperation, laying a solid foundation for further in-depth collaboration. Graviton stated that it will give full play to its comprehensive advantages in international certification, technical services, and brand incubation, and fully support Huade County in exploring an organic development and rural revitalization path featuring "brand leadership, standards first, industrial integration, and ecological win-win results".
