Under the theme “Striving Together in the 15th Five-Year Plan Period, Promoting Investment through Corps-Local Cooperation”, the conference thoroughly implemented the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. It aimed to build an efficient platform for government-enterprise coordination and resource complementarity, advance the integrated development of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and local areas, and support the high-quality growth of the private economy.As a professional body in organic certification, Shiying Certification was invited to the conference to help enhance government-enterprise synergy. The company had in-depth exchanges with representatives from all sectors, laying a solid foundation for the provision of certification services and quality assurance for future agricultural projects in the Corps and local regions.
On January 18, Shiying Certification was invited to attend the Exchange Meeting on the Construction and Operation of the Xinjiang Green Ecological Agricultural Supply Chain Industry Alliance and the Xinjiang High-Quality Agricultural Products Traceability & Selection Center.The special meeting, held at the Xinjiang Institute for High-Quality Development of Green Agriculture, brought together core forces from the entire agricultural industrial chain. In-depth discussions were conducted on two key topics: the establishment of the industrial alliance and the operation of the traceability and product selection center.
At the meeting, guests from all links in the industrial chain spoke actively, including the Brand Building Center of central media platforms, the Xinjiang Agricultural Products Trading Center, leading industry enterprises, scientific research institutes, certification bodies, industry associations, and input suppliers. Together, they explored paths for coordinated innovation in the supply chain:
- From ecological transformation of land development to precise matching of order connections with leading enterprises;
- From technical support by scientific research institutes to standard empowerment by certification bodies;
- From safety control of agricultural inputs to production capacity upgrading of processing enterprises;
- From efficient guarantee of logistics and transportation to market breakthroughs in brand operation, and further to channel expansion for platform-based sales.
Ms. Yang Lifang, Regional Marketing Director of Shiying Certification, delivered a systematic presentation at the conference, sharing professional technical solutions covering organic certification, GAP (Good Agricultural Practices), clean labels, and international organic certification.This provided solid technical support and implementation pathways for the standardized production and branded development of high-quality agricultural products in Xinjiang, helping Xinjiang’s specialty agricultural products break through geographical boundaries and reach markets across the country.
During this chamber of commerce event, our institution actively participated in high-level dialogues and strategic coordination for the integrated development of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and local areas. We also went deep into the frontline of the agricultural industrial chain to jointly draw a new blueprint for the development of organic and ecological agriculture in Xinjiang with partners from all sectors.Looking ahead, we will continue to leverage our strengths in professional certification technology to fully support the upgrading of Xinjiang’s agricultural industrial structure, the enhancement of brand value, and the expansion of market space.
